There is a two day programme of keynote sessions and practical conference sessions from leading employers. 2017 programme coming soon.
How do I book tickets to attend?
Registration for the event will open shortly. Register your interest to attend here and we will inform you when registration is live.
Is there a charge for visitors?
No, Employee Benefits Live is completely free to attend. This includes the exhibition and conference.
Do I have to provide all of my personal details?
This is a trade show, so you need to provide your work contact details and some other details about your role and responsibilities.
I don't want to be contacted after the event; how can I prevent this from happening?

Can I visit the event if I'm not in the trade?
Employee Benefits Live is a trade event so would hold no interest for members of the public; therefore we discourage anyone except trade from visiting.
I am in the process of setting up a business in the trade – do I need to bring ID and if so, what type?
As long as you do not sell to the exhibitors then we do not need any special ID from you.
I am a student; can I visit the event?
Employee Benefits Live is a trade event for industry professionals; therefore we discourage students visiting the show.
How do I get to the event?
The London Overground, together with the Southern service, has been recently upgraded to provide at least five trains an hour. This connects Olympia with Clapham Junction, West Brompton (District Line), Shepherd’s Bush (Central Line) and Willesden Junction (Bakerloo Line). Nearest Tube: Olympia Tube Station (District Line).
Access & Facilities
Will there be anywhere that I can access the internet while I'm at the event?
There is a WIFI hotspot around Pizza Express, located in the right hand corner by the Show’s main entrance.
Can I hire a wheelchair at the event?
Wheelchairs are available on loan, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7598 2411 for Olympia. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue. Please find more details here
What is wheelchair access like at the venue?
Visitors can access the hall via the main entrance on Hammersmith Road. Lifts are then used to access each floor. For any special access requirements or requests please contact the switchboard on 020 7385 1200.
Will there be anywhere to buy food while I'm at the exhibition?
There are a variety of restaurants and cafes within the Show including Pizza Express, Crussh, Little Orchard and a Champagne Bar & Eatery.
Can my children visit the event with me?
As a trade event, it is not suitable for children to attend.
Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition halls?
No, the aisles are not wide enough and the event is not suitable for children.
Are there any crèche facilities?
Unfortunately there are no crèche facilities available.
Is there a cloakroom at the event?
Yes, when you get to Employee Benefits Live the cloakroom will be clearly sign posted. There is no charge for the use of the cloakroom.
