Amanda Arrowsmith is a transformation strategist, speaker and consultant. She is the former People and Transformation Director at the CIPD, where she led organisation-wide change, transformation and culture programmes across the professional body for people professionals, and the Founder of Sisterhood of Women. Amanda has spent over 30 years helping organisations shift how they work. Her work spans operating models, leadership, culture and employee experience, always with a focus on making workplaces fairer, more human and fit for the future. She is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration, exploring transformation and power in not-for-profit organisations. She is building a portfolio career through consultancy, writing and speaking alongside being the main carer for her husband.
