Miriam has extensive experience as a generalist HR professional. She has worked in many industries from retail, IT, logistics and rail, but the most fulfilling roles are without a doubt those that have spanned the majority of her career within the aviation and travel industry.

She leads the HR agenda for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays in the UK and Overseas and is responsible for ensuring all colleagues are consistently living and breathing the Company values to ensure that Customers agree that "Nothing Beats a Jet2holiday".

Miriam has worked in all aspects of the industry from the airport to third party handling and currently takes great pride in her most challenging and fulfilling role working with the largest tour operator in the UK and third largest airline.

She has led the Company through exceptional times over the years and is fully focused on continuing to make Jet2 a great place to work by ensuring that colleagues are recognised and rewarded in the best way. Creating memories for colleagues is just as much a priority as it is for customers, to ensure that providing a great workplace maintains our award-winning service through our fantastic people.
