Tom currently sits on the HR Leadership Team at BDO LLP with primary responsibility for Total Reward, ED&I, Wellbeing and Citizenship. Tom has committed to keeping a holistic wellbeing structure on the agenda across the employee engagement lifecycle and pleased to say that the efforts of BDO were recently recognised with the highest level of award from the The Mindford Alliance. He previously worked as a HR generalist and reward lead for a number of years, including 12 years at PwC before joining BDO in June 2023.
