She's the Founder of Uplifting People, working with global brands including Coca-Cola, Microsoft and The LEGO Group to connect people strategy with purpose. Her work reaches employees at the moments that quietly decide whether someone stays, throughout their career: from a new joiner's first day, to a colleague's return from parental leave, to the day they retire. Uplifting People donates 100% of its profit to vulnerable children: over $1m donated so far, supporting 46,000 children to be safe, loved and learning.

Cecilia was recognised with the Prime Minister's Points of Light Award for her contribution to business and society. She brings that same mix of commercial sharpness and genuine care for people to every stage she stands on.
